Did not receive sign up confirmation email
Things to try:
- Double check that you did not misspell your email.
- Check your spam folder and if found mark as not-spam
- Contact customer service
Error 0x80070005 during installl.
Try:
- Right-click on installer | “Run as administrator”
- Install from a folder with write access (e.g., Downloads or Desktop).
- Avoid running from external drives or network folders.
- Use Compatibility Mode: Right-click installer > Properties > Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 10 (if running on a newer version).
- Temporarily disable Antivirus/Defender or add the installer as an exception.
- Check Disk Permissions: Go to C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) (where it installs). Right-click the folder > Properties > Security tab. Make sure the current user has Full Control.
- Clean Previous Install Attempts: If there was a failed install before, it might have left locked files or registry keys. Try using a cleanup tool like Revo Uninstaller or manually remove the install folder.
